EARTHBRAIN Ltd. (hereinafter “EARTHBRAIN” or “we”) engages in business with the aim of creating technology services and business models to support our customers who use IT. One of our key missions is to manage information security so that our customers can use our services easily and with peace of mind. To achieve this mission, we have formulated an Information Security Policy, implemented the following measures, established information security objectives and goals consistent with this Policy, and continued to evaluate whether or not these objectives and goals have been achieved.

1.Information Security Management System

We have established the Information Security Committee as a company-wide organization that manages information security and actively supports activities to accurately ascertain the company-wide status of information security and promptly implement measures as required.

2.Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We comply with all laws and regulations, as well as other norms and agreements, applicable to information security in our business.

3.Protection of Information Assets

To ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, we recognize the importance of all information assets we hold and manage. We also carry out risk assessments to maintain appropriate protection of information assets.

4.Response to Information Security Incidents

In the unlikely event that an information security incident occurs, or if we determine that such an incident could possibly occur, we will promptly investigate the cause, take the best possible measures to ensure the least possible damage, and make every effort to ensure prevention, maintenance, and improvement related to information security.
